Our community connections, including the members of the Shasta Builders’ Exchange, provide Trade School trainees with 100s of potential employers while enrolled in the program. And after.

SKILLED TRADES EDUCATION

Launch your career in the Skilled Trades.

Our “Pathway to Journeyman” trades training programs adheres to the nationally recognized NCCER curriculum – maximizing your opportunities in Far Northern California and across the nation. You’ll train and learn to be among the best in your field; making you a valuable resource to your employer or your own company.

Kickstart your career debt-free! Earn while you learn. You’ll be working weekdays and attending classes just a couple of evenings each month, students advance their skills, command higher pay, and add to their lifetime earnings while attending.

According to the Federal Department of Labor in 2022 the median pay for journeyman plumbers was $28.89 an hour.

In recognition of commitment to public service, the Trade School offers a 20% discount to current and former members of the United States Armed Forces, State and National Guards, the US Coast Guard, Law Enforcement (local, state, federal), Firefighters, First Responders, the California Conservation Corp, or the Peace Corp who enroll in one of our Skilled Trades training programs.
